I found that I could have AA enabled and this method would still work. Again, this is the fix that worked for me. I found a wide myriad of "solutions" to the crashing issues that Fallout 3 brings to the table.
Fallout 3, for me, kept crashing about once every 5-10 minutes, or 15 minutes if I was lucky.
